Thank you for purchasing digital books from J.D. Rivers and Xander Steele. We want every reader to have a smooth, satisfying experience.

Digital Delivery

All purchased ebooks are delivered digitally as instant downloads. After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Books can be read on Kindle, Apple Books, Nook, Kobo, tablets, phones, and computers.

Free books and ARC copies are delivered through BookFunnel, which supports delivery to all major reading apps and devices.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. Once the file has been delivered, the transaction is considered complete.

We understand that issues can occur. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and want to make things right.

When We Can Help

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you were charged twice for the same book, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly — including issuing a refund for the duplicate charge.
  • Download Problems: If you are unable to download or open your purchased book due to a technical issue, we will work with you to resolve the problem. If we cannot fix the issue, we will provide a refund.
  • Incorrect Product: If you received a different book than what you ordered, we will correct the order or issue a full refund.
  • File Quality Issues: If the delivered file is corrupted or unreadable, we will replace it or issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a download issue, please contact us through our contact form with:

  • Your name and the email address used for the purchase
  • The book title and approximate date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We typically respond within 1–2 business days and aim to resolve all issues quickly.

Having trouble downloading or opening your ebook? Here are a few things to try:

  • Check your email spam/junk folder for the download link
  • Try a different browser or device
  • Ensure your reading app supports the file format (PDF or EPUB)
  • If using BookFunnel, follow their step-by-step device instructions
